This notice explains how goodtake. handles information submitted through goodtakeph.studio.

When you send an event inquiry, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, event date, venue or city, requested hours, event flow, and notes. We also record basic attribution such as the page you visited, referral source, and campaign tags.
How we use it
- Reply to your inquiry and recommend an appropriate package.
- Prepare a quote and, if you book, manage your event.
- Understand which pages and campaigns produce useful inquiries.
- Protect the inquiry form from spam and misuse.
Analytics and service providers
The website uses Google Analytics to measure site usage. Inquiry emails are delivered through Resend, and the website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process limited data needed to deliver their services. Personal inquiry details are not sent to Google Analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking records only as long as needed to answer you, manage an event, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information that goodtake. controls. Some records may need to be retained for completed transactions or legal requirements.
