Every session gives guests 2 identical photo strips. One strip is theirs to keep. The second strip is what we transform right at the booth into their chosen add-on. No extra session, no reprinting. Create your own keychains by cutting individual shots from your photo strip, or we turn the strip into a magnet using our magnetic sheets.

Want your guests to enjoy keychains and magnets completely on the house? You can pre-pay a set of add-on pieces before the event. We'll keep track at the booth, and every guest who wants one simply gets it, no transaction needed. It's a beautiful touch that makes your event feel extra generous.
How credits work: Choose how many pieces of each add-on you'd like to include. As guests redeem them at the booth, we count them down. Running low? You can top up on the spot, just let your attendant know and we'll settle the difference at the end of the event. Unused pieces are forfeited (no cash refund), so we recommend a conservative estimate based on your expected guest count.

Disclose access restrictions (high-rise, no elevator, security clearance) at least 1 week before the event.
  • Deposit and Payment. A 50% deposit holds your date. Nothing is confirmed without it. Balance is due one week before the event. If we don't receive it by then, we may need to release the date.
  • Cancellations. 14+ days out: deposit forfeited, one free reschedule within 6 months. 7 to 13 days out: 75% of the package fee is forfeited (if we fill the slot, we'll credit 25% back). Less than 7 days: the full fee applies. We know it's not easy, but it covers time we've set aside for you.
  • Rescheduling. One free reschedule with at least 14 days' notice. After that, there's a ₱200 admin fee per request. Rescheduled dates must happen within 12 months of the original.
  • If we have to cancel. We'll do everything we can to make it work, including sourcing backup equipment. If it's truly unavoidable, we'll let you know right away and offer a full reschedule or 100% refund within 72 hours.
  • Late Starts. If your event runs behind through no fault of yours, we'll extend the booth up to 30 minutes at no charge. After that, overtime rates apply.
  • Overtime. Extra time is billed at ₱1,500 per hour in 30-minute increments, settled at the end of the event. Please give us a heads-up early since extensions depend on our schedule.
  • Transport. We use a Lalamove L300 Cargo Van and charge the actual rate for two trips: to your venue and back. Lock the rate in on deposit day or settle on event day, your choice. Please provide parking or cover any fees incurred.
  • At the Venue. We need 60 to 90 minutes to set up, a clear 2m x 2m space, and a 220V outlet nearby. Tricky access, like high-rise floors or strict security must be flagged at least 3 days before. A ₱300 surcharge applies for confirmed access restrictions.
  • Meals. For events of 3 hours or more, a ₱200 meal allowance per staff member is appreciated, settled on the day.
  • Printer Issues. Small problems are fixed on-site in minutes. If the printer can't be restored, the session carries on with the full booth experience. We'll send a digital gallery within 48 hours and courier your physical strips within 5 business days at no extra cost. If prints can't be delivered, we'll refund 25% of your package fee.
  • Taking Care of the Booth. We ask guests to treat the equipment with care and trust you to help us with that. Damage caused by guests or venue staff will be documented and invoiced, capped at ₱50,000. If things feel unsafe, we may stop the session and refund unused time.
  • Your Photos. Strips belong to your guests the moment they're handed over and won't be reprinted if lost or damaged. We may use booth setup shots for our portfolio or socials, but we'll never post your guests without your say-so.
  • Force Majeure. We're not liable for circumstances beyond our control: Typhoon Signal 2+, impassable flooding, transport or delivery strikes, civil unrest, or a medical emergency affecting our operator. We'll notify you right away and offer a full reschedule or 100% refund within 72 hours.
